Refunds And Returns Policy

Stitch 56 is committed to providing a superior level of customer service. We want you to be delighted with your shopping experience, and with your purchased products. If you contact us requesting a refund within 30 days of your purchase date, we will happily give you a full refund for each item you wish to return (shipping excluded), no questions asked, provided that the conditions outlined below are met.

1. Once your request for a return has been approved, items should be mailed back to us immediately, in the same unopened, unused, mint condition in which they reached you. Refunds will be processed after we have received your returned item/s.

2. Unfortunately, we cannot give refunds for orders that go missing in the post, nor can we give refunds for items damaged en route from us to you. We take great care to ensure your order leaves us in perfect condition, and that it is packaged really well. If your order has been damaged in transit, we will follow this up with the postal service, and keep you informed about that process.

3. All fabric sales are final. Please choose carefully. Even though we've tried to represent the colours as close to accurate as possible, monitor and device screens may vary in representation. Feel free to get in touch with us to help you with your choice.

4. Requests for refunds received after 30 days from purchase date will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
